A command debug_draw_set carries: the caller names its kind and its space, and the producer stores the geometry as sent.

These are the only commands a batch can hold, and that is the whole reason this type exists rather than being left implicit. DrawAPI.drawSetBatch(java.util.List) takes List<Primitive>, so a DrawCommand.Highlight in a batch is a compile error rather than a producer-side unknown kind at run time.
